Funny little Marlee

Believe it or not, this is Marlee trying to be funny! At the dinner table one night, she just started looking up at me from under her eyebrows with her head bowed. It looked so funny I had to laugh. She looks like she's giving the worst stink eye ever. So now we make the face at her and she does it back, waiting for us to laugh. She a little ham for a girl. As I've said in other posts, Marlee is into Superman and Spiderman. She goes right along with the boys in dressing up as superheroes.
Lanny and Marlee put on Superman capes at least once a day and run from the front of the house to the back of the house to feel their capes flying in the wind. It's so darn cute! The best part is that they both hum the tunes of the Superman music while they run. I love it!

Fun at the park!

Nanny and Papa came to visit us over Conference weekend so while the boys went to Priesthood mtg, me and Nanny took the kids to Villago Park. The kids love to come here. It was fun to have Nanny and Papa down...wish we could see them more often!

Logan finally got brave enough to attempt the monkey bars. He went all the way across by himself. He really is a little monkey! :)
Lanny could slide and swing and play at the park all day. Every day he asks "where are we going to go today mom?" He loves to play with friends and they love to play with him. At mother's group, he holds hands with my good friend's daughter. They play so well together. So cute!
Marlee just wanders around the park, and once in a while will climb the steps and go down a slide by herself. She's pretty brave for being so little. She's got the coveted water bottle of Nanny's. Doesn't matter what the shape or size of Nanny's bottle is, my kids always want to drink from it!
Listening to the Superman soundtrack on the way out of the park, Marlee tensed up in anticipation and started "flying" like Superman. She LOVES LOVES LOVES that music!
