Logan and the Priesthood :)

So Bryce has had this annoying cold since we got back from Oregon in August. It just won't go away. At dinner the other night, I suggested that maybe he should get a priesthood blessing. He said he's thought the same thing, and maybe he should call our home teachers soon. Logan said "well I'll just give you a priesthood blessing dad." Bryce said, "you can't honey, you don't have the priesthood." Logan said "well, just tell me where it is and I'll go get it." After talking for a few minutes we figured out that he thought the consecrated oil is "the" priesthood. :) I guess we haven't been very clear about what the priesthood is. :) It totally cracked us up.

Cute. Now you know what you can teach for FHE! That's how I choose our topics each week--something I know I've failed at or something I see that our kids aren't getting or need a reminder of. Tomorrow it is going to be kindness and manners!
I am so excited for you and Bryce (getting away to a bed and breakfast for TWO nights! wow!) That will be wonderful and good timing before you add another one to your family.
Did you get the "Zabmondo" reference with the hairy legs? I did that for you.

I'm sorry about your tree. We wish that a wind storm would come and knock over a couple of trees in our yard. That would reduce the hassle of having to cut them down ourselves. :) I don't know what made me think of the bone incident, but the boy was Brent Draper. We were making holes and filling them with water. I think I got grounded when I told Mom we went out there without asking.

You have the funniest posts!!! I absolutely love reading about the funny things your kids do/say/don't do/or say. How funny is that? Now it makes me wonder how much my kids actually know about the priesthood also.

I love to read all the stories about your kids! They are hilarious! Thanks for your comment. It was really nice. I don't know if I've been losing a ton cause I don't weight, but I feel really good.
